Social research and evaluation

I work with communities experiencing disadvantage and inequality, and with the organisations seeking to support them, to:

  • Conduct collaborative, impact-focused evaluations that identify how and why a project is working, the difference it is making, and what practical service improvements would help it work even better.

  • Conduct in-depth, participatory qualitative research, to help get to the heart of the real issues people are experiencing.

  • Support meaningful co-production and peer research.

I specialise in research with people experiencing homelessness, multiple disadvantage, health inequalities, mental health and substance misuse issues. My research is trauma-informed, person-centred and collaborative. I am also an experienced lived-experience researcher.
